John is a former successful Fixed Operations Director of over 25 years, as well as a Ford Mobile Service Launch and Field Trainer. John founded Mobile Next Level in January 2022 and has since accomplished the following:

- Mobile Service Subject Matter Expert to 7 OEM Brands
- Created Mobile U to provide on-site and remote Mobile Service coaching as well as 20 virtual classes
- Inventor of GEO>TECH Max-Efficiency Mobile Service Scheduling Software
- Inventor of RECALL>ROCKET Recall Harvesting and Business Development Tool.
- Delivered hundreds of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercedes-Benz Dealer Mobile Service training events.

About Sam
Sam Posillico is our fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Next>Level Brand Manager. She has been with Next>Level since inception and she is THE major force in the crafting of Next>Level, overseeing our integrated strategic and creative brand work.
When Sam isn’t sprinkling pixie dust on all things Next>Level, Sam is a VP and Account Lead for one of the largest NYC-based advertising agencies in the world. She has 12 years of agency experience with such iconic global brands as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Whirlpool, Mondelez, Haleon and Amtrak.
Sam left the big city in 2020 for her hometown in Tampa, FL where she works remotely to balance her agency work with the incubation of great things for Next>Level, “the little company that COULD”.
Suzi Hays

About Suzi
Before joining John’s exceptional team as the Dealer Performance Manager at Mobile Next Level, Suzi spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry and held various leadership roles.
Suzi was a dedicated and self-motivated Manager and Director of Training and Development during her career. She notably served as the operating partner of the World’s Busiest Restaurant, within a concept that includes over 400 units worldwide. Suzi’s restaurant generated more than $6 million in annual sales.
In addition, Suzi spent five years as a Recruitment Manager, filling numerous positions across various industries in the U.S., including accounting, IT, and sales operations. Her recruitment efforts resulted in a sales volume exceeding $1.1 million.
